At Cashmiere’s Essentials & More, all products are handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to quality.

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed.


Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

Cashmiere’s Essentials & More is not responsible for damages, delays, or defects caused during shipping or handling by the carrier.

 

Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer and the shipping provider.

We strongly recommend customers file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for any packages that arrive damaged, delayed, or mishandled.


Incorrect or Missing Items

In the rare event that an item is missing from your order due to an internal packing error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:
